What is Showtime?

This three day workshop focuses entirely on the art and science of effective sales training, including the distinctions of training curriculum design. Participants are empowered with the skills to educate, entertain, facilitate and coach their sales teams. While most training programs rely on the singular audio approach to learning, Showtime incorporates breakthrough techniques that are more experiential in nature and designed to better facilitate the learning process.

Emphasis is placed on:

• Effective training design
• Delivering your training sessions with impact
• Using stories, analogies and metaphors to bring your messages to life
• Experiential exercises and their impact on retention
• The Five Senses approach to learning
